ojt in ched!!!

my first ojt in ched is when we go to their agency we introduce our self to the director of ched she give us a task to do,according to the director in order to get the 200 hours we should make a system about their scholarship, a system that have a scholar information like were they live what year they start there scholar to there school and etc..now we are not yet done with the system it is under processing by our group group if we make to finish it until the end of the school year that we can get the 200hours  and the certificate that is required by the ojt subject,now we are doing our best to finish the system even though it is hard.
